Clear Penetrating Epoxy Sealer™ (Smiths CPES™) is a thin epoxy that will penetrate deeply into the surface of wood. It is the ultimate primer for wood to make paint or varnish stick. Clear Penetrating Epoxy Sealer restores strength to rotten wood and waterproofs all wood.

NOTE FOR LARGER SIZES

We are now not packaging CPES in larger than 2L Kits. All larger sizes are composite kits, and are multiples of smaller kits.
Our new 12L kit - A case of 6 * 2L Kits of CPES replaces the old 10L Kit.

This product replaces our old 10L kit. The 5L cans regularly suffered damage in transit, and though they rarely leaked it was a bit scary seeing what sometimes happened to them.

We have decided to replace the 10L Kit with a case of 2L Kits, at a discounted price.

Clearly there is a lot more money spent on packaging and materials with the new format, and it’s rather more convenient for the end user as well. Unopened 2L packs have a very long shelf life indeed as another bonus.
