Delivery Policy
Goods are despatched via the carrier selected by the customer, which carries an indicated delivery time with it. If multiple carriers are available for a given destination all available carriers, along with their associated costs for the complete order, are offered for the customer to choose from.
Fulfilment is normally same day, with collection by the carrier the following day. A tracking reference is added to all orders despatched by tracked means.

Cancellation, Refund and Return Policies
Goods ordered in error may be cancelled without charge before fulfilment has taken place.
Faulty goods will be replaced at our cost, and shipped without charge to the customer.
Goods supplied as ordered may be returned to us, at the customers cost. Provided the goods arrive in resalable condition, a refund will be made upon their safe return. A restocking fee of up to 25% of the goods value may be levied.

These service providers provide the forms onto which card details are entered, and are both fully payment card industry (PCI) compliant. All credit card details are entered in on those forms using secure encryption (SSL, HTTPS)
