Our refund and return policies are described below. All refunds will be made through the original payment method.
In all circumstances please contact us first and remember to include paperwork to identify the order we are dealing with.
Faulty Goods
All faulty goods will be replaced at our cost, and shipped without charge to the customer.
Goods ordered in Error
Prior to Fulfillment
Goods ordered in error may be cancelled without charge before fulfilment has taken place.
Post fulfillment
Goods supplied as ordered may be returned to us at the customers expense within 20 days of fulfilment. A refund will be made upon the goods safe return.
